Appartement bien situé pour randonner mais trÚs proche de la location mitoyenne

L'appartement est fonctionnel, joli et bien Ă©quipĂ© (mĂȘme si on a regrettĂ© l'absence d'un four Ă  micro-onde et d'un compartiment congĂ©lateur). Il est cependant trĂšs sombre, notamment la cuisine/salle Ă  manger et la chambre parentale qui n'ont pas de fenĂȘtre. Notre dĂ©ception a Ă©tĂ© que la charmante terrasse indiquĂ©e comme "privĂ©e" dans l'annonce et montrĂ©e en photo est en rĂ©alitĂ© partagĂ©e avec le studio qui est collĂ© Ă  l'appartement et qui est louĂ© par les mĂȘmes propriĂ©taires. D'ailleurs dans l'annonce de ce studio, les mĂȘmes photos de la terrasse figurent et elle est Ă©galement indiquĂ©e comme privĂ©e. On peut voir cette proximitĂ© entre les 2 gites sur la photo avec le vĂ©lo : l'appartement de cette annonce est au bout du balcon, pour y entrer on passe devant l'entrĂ©e du studio (porte vitrĂ©e flanquĂ©e de deux petites fenĂȘtres). La terrasse (Ă  gauche donc) est trop petite pour ĂȘtre partagĂ©e, c'est le premier arrivĂ© qui est le premier servi ! Pour les autres, il y a une table de pique-nique dans le jardin, mais pas de vue et beaucoup moins de charme. C'est ce qui nous a déçu et le sachant, nous n'aurions pas louĂ© cet appartement car au final nous n'avons pas pu profiter de cette terrasse. De plus la propriĂ©taire nous a accueilli plus que rapidement, sans nous expliquer la situation. Cela mĂ©riterait une clarification dans l'annonce et Ă  l'arrivĂ©e sur place. Cependant, l'appartement est bien placĂ© pour profiter de cette magnifique rĂ©gion et nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour.

Tolle Gegend und eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super sauber und problemlose Abwicklung. FĂŒr die fĂŒnf Sterne hĂ€tte ein bisschen mehr Blick auf die umliegenden Berge sein dĂŒrfen - die hat man eingeschrĂ€nkt durch die umliegenden HĂ€user nur wenn man sich aufmacht. Propre, spacieux et bien dĂ©corĂ© nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Bien chauffĂ© avec en plus un poĂȘle Ă  pellet ce qui n est pas dĂ©nuĂ© de charme. A 10mn en voiture de Puy St Vincent. IdĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour Ă  la neige. Nous y reviendrons certainement Ă  la bonne saison pour les Via Ferrata qu' il y a dans la region. Logement Ă  recommander.

Een absolute aanrader. We hadden het grote (6 persoons)appartement gehuurd eind juli 2017 en hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. TĂȘte d’Aval en de kleinere studio er naast zijn mooi opgeknapt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Les Vigneaux is een rustig dorpje en een prima uitvalbasis om de Ecrins te verkennen - fietsend en/of wandelend. Dank jullie wel Geert en Anne!

SUPER PLACE IN EVERY SEASON

SUPER place to stay .. we rented the small and big one already, once in spring, once in full summer. Appartments are well equiped and in a quiet village. Well equiped kitchen so you can cook like home (with the great French supermarkets or local butcher) The owners are great people and always available to help you with help about the neighbourhood , climbing, tripsin the mountains or the snow. Cultural stuff is possible (Vauban), but also nature is great ... so good of both sides. In winter ski areas are very nearby and ... for people with kids : appartment, village and surrondings are SUPER (and can also play with the owners daugher)

Droomvkantie!

Onlangs hebben we een lang weekend in de Franse alpen gehad bij Entre Ciel et terre. Het was een droomvakantie. Niet alleen hebben we ontzettend genoten van de prachtige omgeving - woest en lieflijk, hoge bergen en echt Franse dorpjes - ook was het verblijf erg naar ons zin. In een authentieke woning blijken twee moderne appartementen te zitten van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs wifi.

Perfekt

Lovely apartment. We stayed with 3 children and 2 adults. Spacious rooms and warm livingroom. Nice automatic wood fired stove. Large kitchen with all modern appliances. Warm showerroom. Children loved the garden. Breakfast or lunch on the balcony was amazing. Knowledgable owners, outdoor enthousiasts gave us lots of advice on sights and trips in Briancon and surroundings. We will certainly come again!
