The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, sideboard, cable TV, and radio, and features a dining area with a table and benches. The terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, faces east. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The guest room features a box-spring bed and a small sideboard. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, completes the apartment.
