Thank you for your feedback. Most guests find the heater straightforward to operate, and detailed instructions are also provided in the house manual to help make things easy during the stay. Because of that, we don’t feel the issue was related to the system itself.
That said, we respect that every guest has their own experience and perspective. We hope you enjoy the rest of your travels and find accommodations that better suit your preferences on your next visit to Tahoe.
