Beautiful stay! very clean, ac in living and in bedroom worked great. Elevator was a life saver. Amazing views from the large wrap around balcony and very comfortable seating on it as well.

The ocean view is terrific! Super large and comfy lanai. WiFi worked well. Easy door code entry. Includes two free parking spots and access to relaxing pool. About a three minute walk to downtown Kona with easy access to stores and restaurants. Well stocked. Would very highly recommend and stay here again!! Quiet, enjoyable and relaxing!

The rooms didn't have proper blinds. A lot of light. No central AC. Electric sockets didnt work in both bathrooms. Hair dryer only blew cold. No blenders and cutting knives. Building and rooms were outdated. Elevator access wasnt the best to get in and out on check in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at E734. The apartment was spacious and very clean and nice and convenient for access to the Kona beachfront and as a location from which to explore the rest of the big island.It is a corner unit with a big balcony and nicely located in the block for a view through the buildings for a full ocean view.Two bathroom/restroom with shower in one and bath/shower in the other.If you are coming to visit someone at YWAM it is around the corner so super convenient for that too.The apartment has everything we needed. Has a filter coffee machine but we could have done with a kettle for tea and coffees we make using an aeropress (although we understand this is not a standard requirement in the US). We used a pot on the stove so it wasn’t a big issue. The little cooler box was useful and there is even a whisker for cream and a coffee grinder.
