The Garden House - a peaceful 1-bedroom studio, perfect for a relaxing stay
Get up close to our peaceful, picturesque gardens with a stay in The Garden House. Set in the grounds of Farlam Hall Hotel, 12.5 miles south-east of Carlisle and only a few miles from Hadrian’s Wall, this studio apartment is superbly appointed throughout, with a king size bed to cosy up in and an outdoor terrace from which to admire the gorgeous grounds. Guests will appreciate the modern bathroom with a refreshing shower and fully-equipped kitchen/dining area and it is located close to our Michelin-starred restaurant if you don't feel like cooking. The studio is dog-friendly for an extra charge. The hotel grounds are free for you to wander around but do go further afield and explore some of the UNESCO World Heritage sites on Hadrian's Wall only a few miles away. You can also book a treatment in our wellness offering, The Sycamore Retreat or, if you would like something more active, then country pursuits such as golf, hiking, fishing, cycling and clay-pigeon shooting are also available locally. Whether you’re relaxing inside or exploring nearby, this marvellous studio offers a peaceful retreat.
