Your holiday can begin right here at the house: This small but charming home, lovingly furnished in the style of a Canadian “beach house” and located right on the lake, leaves nothing to be desired.
The newly renovated house offers everything your heart desires, and the 40-square-meter terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe.

The property features a fire pit, a Canadian-style picnic bench, comfortable sun loungers, and several wooden armchairs.
The interior is of very high quality, complete with a brand-new kitchen and a brand-new box-spring bed. A wide window front ensures a light-filled living and dining area and unobstructed lake views. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth.

Welcome home!

A canoe, kayak, charcoal grill, fishing gear, and a comprehensive folder with plenty of information and restaurant recommendations are available free of charge in the house. You can start many activities right from the house.

We go out of our way to offer our guests a unique holiday experience.

A wonderful property, in an excellent location for exploring the beauty of Nova Scotia. The cottage had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. The lake was perfect for swimming and the highlight was watching a bald eagle whilst out kayaking.

What an awesome place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying what the outdoors has to offer in this quaint and tastefully decorated chalet. This place provided us with all the amenities necessary to get a full outdoor experience.

Perfect cosy chalet

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy chalet. It is perfectly equipped and we did not miss a thing. We had very relaxing time there, enjoyed the morning mist over the lake, loved the canoeing. It was a perfect vacation.

What a beautiful place with a spectacular view! The house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. We would love to revisit in the future. We highly recommend this chalet!

Tupper Lake Chalet was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything I needed. I have recoined it TLC (tender loving care) as I felt this "warmth and welcoming" presence immediately upon my arrival, in both the Chalet itself and its surroundings! In my time there I noticed more and more each day how the overall design was supporting me in body, mind, and spirit! My time at TLC was an overall "experience" that will remain in my heart forever. Heartfelt gratitude to Sonja, Rick, Georgie, and all the wonderful soul's I met during my stay.

Restful Week

We spent a week relaxing at Tupper Lake, canoeing, exploring and swimming. The cottage is compact, comfortably decorated and a good size for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable, all the essentials are provided and the cottage was spotless. It was a great end of summer holiday.

Tupper Lake get away

This is a beautiful well appointed cottage. The amenities are over the top, Everything was thought about to enhance your stay. I especially enjoyed the Henkel knife block set. The area is a bit remote and the mobile service was a bit spotty, but overall a nice welcoming get away!

Peace and tranquility!

We loved this place! Well appointed, newish build with a beautiful lakefront patio and wonderful patio lounge chairs. We paddled our kayaks everyday sometimes twice a day! If you are in need of some quiet time, this is it.

This is an adorable and modern cottage on a lake. The views, kayaks, and access to Kedji National Park were total bonuses. It is a totally dark sky at night so star viewing was so much fun. We saw two shooting stars! It is quiet and secluded and we slept like babies. Sonja was a delight to meet too. She creates a beautiful brochere to download before you go which explains everything. Don’t miss the experience.

A wonderful little getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our time at this property immensely! The listing and pictures are accurate and honest. Communications with the owners were pleasant and helpful. We have loved visiting this area from the US in the past, and this stay was no different. The layout of the chalet is designed to make the beauty of the lake inescapable. This is a perfect place to relax and/or enjoy some activity. While there are neighbors not far off, our time was mostly quiet and serene. Just a short drive from Kejimkujik National park, and fairly central for day trips around the rest of lower Nova Scotia. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway and enjoy some peace and fresh air with lakefront splendor!

Im Wald

Tolles Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf einen täglich veränderten See. Sehr nette Nachbarin in dem zu Hause auf Zeit. Vielen Dank für so ein schönes Chalet.

Relaxing stay on Tupper Lake

A great time here for the two of us. We went kayaking into Tupper Lake, all of it, and spent time in Keji. We also relaxed in the sun, enjoying food cooked in the kitchen as well as outstanding takeout from Hollow Log Cafe in nearby Caledonia. Would definitely stay here again.
