The lower level features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one furnished with a queen-size bed and the other with a comfortable sofa bed—offering flexible accommodation for families and groups.
The penthouse includes three modern bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spectacular private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Guests can also enjoy the residence's swimming pools and direct access to the beach.

Electricity
Your stay includes a standard daily electricity allowance of 50 kWh per day for this apartment.
Please use air conditioning and other electrical appliances responsibly and switch them off whenever you leave the apartment.
Electricity usage is checked on the day of departure. If the daily allowance is exceeded, the additional consumption will be charged according to the current local electricity tariff.
Upon request, we are happy to provide proof of the electricity meter reading.

Complex Expansion
The complex is currently undergoing an expansion.
All swimming pools, common areas, and guest amenities remain fully available.
Construction work takes place daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so some temporary construction noise may be heard during these hours.
To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the accommodation price has already been adjusted accordingly.
