The lot is amazing! It is literally across the street from St Joe Beach. We just load up the wagon and grab the dogs and walk over to the ocean. The beach is pretty clean and very uncrowded. The water is amazingly clear and calm even after the hurricane. The only thing that would make it better is a few trees for shades. Still a 5 star spectacular spot!

Enough room for my tow vehicle, golf cart and golf cart trailer plus my 43 ft fifth wheel. The site was clean and the grass was pristine.
