About this property

Brand New Guesthouse with Mountain Views!

Enjoy this new build guest home in the Southfork Valley, located just minutes outside of Cody. It has its own entrance just east of our main residence, which sits on 2.5 acres. There is an outdoor dining table, BBQ, and fire pit to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. Buffalo Bill Reservoir and the Shoshone River are less than 5 minutes away and there's wildlife everywhere to see!

There are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, and TV. The second bedroom has a full over twin bunkbed and TV.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. There are all pots, pans, and utensils available for cooking. There is a standard coffee machine, dishes, and towels.

The bathroom has a full size shower, toilet, sink and stacking washer/dryer.
