Holiday house next to the beach

A holiday in your own beach house in a place where time has stood still just a little—it brings back childhood memories! Our two houses (one red and one blue) are bungalows that were built during the GDR era. We renovated them in 2009 with great care to make them comfortable. They aren’t perfect—but they’re so close to the beach, and of course, you’ll have a holiday here like nowhere else! We constantly make sure everything is well-maintained because we want our guests to have a great time with us—but these are houses with their own history.

Each of the non-smoking homes features a large, modern, open-concept living room with a sofa, armchairs, and satellite TV, as well as a kitchen with an electric stove (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven), sink, range hood, and a comfortable dining area. The house has two bedrooms with 4 beds (one 1.40 m double bed and one single bed).

The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a toilet and a shower. A large wooden deck with a grill and patio furniture invites you to relax. Parking is right next to the house. Pets are not allowed.

Up to two additional beds in the form of guest beds in the open living room and the children’s rooms are also available for booking. A high chair and/or a travel cot (with mattress, waterproof pad, and sheets) are available free of charge upon request.

The bungalow in Pepelow is ideal for families or water sports enthusiasts. The house comes with a boat, which you can use to explore the Salzhaff. Use of the boat must be coordinated with the tenants of the neighbouring bungalows. Small shops are available (250 m) in the summer at the campground right next door. Surf school (250 m), bike rental (250 m). Wi-Fi can be reserved for 10 EUR/week. Twice a week, an ice cream vendor stops right outside your door...

Enjoy the peace and quiet, far from mass tourism. There are no ladders or crowded beach walks—just nature, the sea, and a few wild rabbits right on your doorstep. Ideal for families with children, water sports, fishing... but also for all other Baltic Sea enthusiasts who, of course—especially in the off-season—appreciate peace and quiet.

In addition to the agreed fixed rental rate (which includes final cleaning), the following utility charges based on your individual consumption will be added upon checkout: electricity at 0.35 EUR/kWh and water at 9.00 EUR/m³. No deposit, no tax.

You can access the house using the key box. An utility bill summary is available inside the house.
