schade, dass Sie sich erst nach über 3 Monaten melden. Gerne hätten wir eine Nachreinigung durchgeführt, wenn eine Information Ihrerseits am Anreisetag oder einen Tag später weitergegeben wäre. Schwalbennester stehen unter Naturschutz und dürfen nicht entfernt werden. Hier machen wir uns strafbar ggfls. auch Sie als Gast. Zumgemüllte Wandschränke ?? Viele Eigentümer haben auch Privateigentum in den Schränken hinterlegt.

15.9. Hs 2/67 Bel.09940/bei Ankunft Abflüsse in Bad und Dusche verstopft, Stopfen im Waschbecken schwarz u. voller Haar, bl. Badmatte dreckig / Cerankochfeld eingebrannt u. verschmiert,keine Teelöffel nur Plastiklöffel vorh.,Gardinen zu lang (Stolperfalle), 1 Handtuch aus Set verschmutzt und dafür noch 69,- Einreinigung! Traurig ! Wir erwarten die Erstattung der Endreinigungsgebühr !!!!!!!

schade, dass Sie erst über diesen Weg nach vier Wochen ihrer Abreise mit uns in Kontakt treten. Wir hätten gerne direkt vor Ort Abhilfe geschaffen, wenn uns diese Informationen vorgelegen hätten. Im Bezug auf die Wäsche handelt es sich um maschinell eingeschweißte Pakete, welche wir geliefert bekommen und somit können wir eine Verschmutzung nicht selber erkennen. Ganz selten passiert es mal, dass ein Fleck in der Wäsche vorkommt. Bei Kenntnis erfolgt dann natürlich sofort ein Austausch. Wir sind immer vor Ort und telefonisch 24h erreichbar, so dass Sie uns zu jeder Zeit hätten erreichen können, aber im Nachgang können wir natürlich hier nichts mehr für Sie verbessern! Es tut uns sehr leid, aber bitte haben Sie dafür Verständnis.
