Dear guests, welcome to the Strand Palais! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

The Strand Palais, located directly on the Warnemünde promenade, was completely modernised in the late 1990s and equipped with an lift. It’s about 50 metres to the beach. Direct beach access with beach chair rentals during the season. A bus stop, restaurants, and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The cosy, bright “LUV” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and is furnished to accommodate 2 to 4 people. It features a living room with an open kitchen area and a comfortable double sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2 m), a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.20 m), a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and 2 balconies, with a living area of approximately 48 square metres. The fully equipped built-in kitchen includes a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are at your disposal. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV, a television, and a Bluetooth music system. A small library of books and CDs is available for your use. From the balconies, you can enjoy a fantastic ocean view stretching from the Stoltera cliffs to the Warnemünde lighthouse. The apartment is fully tiled (bedrooms have hardwood floors) and is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. Long-term bookings upon request.
Restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
