Okay, aber schlechter Service

Leider war die Begrüßung im Servicebüro nicht freundlich, da wir zu früh angereist sind. Trotz Anreise mit dem Zug und mit Kind wurde uns bzgl des Gepäcks gar nicht entgegen gekommen. Wir wurden weggeschickt, es sei ein Café um die Ecke. Kein Kundenservice trotz hoher Preise! Das war kein schöner Start in den Urlaub!
