Enjoy your holiday in our holiday apartments “Ausguck,” “Captains-Suite,” “Vordeck” in the “Promenadenblick” building, located right next to the Warnemünde lighthouse and offering a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and, in some cases, of ships entering and leaving the harbour on the Alter Strom. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenblick building! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

From the “Ausguck” on the 2nd floor, you can watch the sun sink into the sea beyond the lighthouse at the far end of the beach. You’ll never forget this view. The Baltic Sea is just a stone’s throw away, and the “Am Alten Strom” promenade is less than 50 m away. But you’re also guaranteed to feel right at home in the apartment itself. A kitchenette with a mini-oven, a bathroom with a shower, and a hair dryer are included. A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (free), and a DVD player are, of course, provided. With a total area of approximately 35 square metres, there’s plenty of comfortable space for 2 adults. Cosy living room, bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m). The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. From the balcony-terrace (divided into two sections), you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. From the living room, you can see out towards the “Alten Strom.”

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, the Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us,
starting at 6 €/night(if available).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us, starting at 6 €/night.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered in the disability registry
Children up to 5 years old, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers passing through, local residents

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
