We’re offering you our “Sprotte” vacation apartment
at the Promenadenhaus Berringer, in a prime beachfront location


The apartment offers ocean views from every room as well as from the balcony. The location allows you to enjoy the imposing lighthouse, the nearby West Pier with its ship entrance, as well as the Neuer Strom with its marina.
It is located on the 1st floor, measures approximately 77 square meters, and has a corner layout. It features a modern shower room (walk-in shower), a guest restroom, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi; a large bedroom with a panoramic view and a “ 2.TV ” bed; and a small bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide). The high-quality, built-in kitchen, featuring an integrated washing machine, includes a bistro corner. The vacation apartment is furnished in the bright Atlantic Coast style.
It was renovated in 2021, features elegant laminate flooring, and is conveniently accessible by elevator.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.


The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).



At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

A bakery, grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, and more—all right around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
