really nice house/neighborhood/location with some down-sides
The house is spacious, flooded with light and has a huge terrace with awnings. The house has recently been painted from the inside and outside and the furniture in the bedrooms (excellent mattrasses) and in the living room area are pretty new. The bathrooms are a bit outdated so are the dishwasher and the oven but they do the job. The rest of the kitchen is fine. The pool nicely heats-up with the pool heating (75 Euros per week). The premises has sun from first thing in the morning until 6:30 pm (May). The neighborhood is the most quiet we experienced so far in Spain. Furthermore the house is looked after by a very nice lady who is very supportive and reliable/committed. Down sides for us were the musty smell in the entire house. It clearly is damp and has traces of mould. We aired it basically day and night and it got better over the time (2 weeks) but there is definitely an issue. If you are keen on using the Jacuzzi and BBQ you might be disappointed. We bought a BBQ and only used the swimming pool.
