Great location at the entrance of Dripping Springs with views of big water and the cove. Includes spacious dock and deck with firepit. Paved walking trails in neighborhood for guests to enjoy. 85 inch tv in living room along with large TVs in the bedrooms. Wonderful space for entertaining with the Blackstone & Grill and ample outdoor seating. Excellent parking, 6 large SUVs could easily fit on the property parking. 3-4 large boats could easily tie up to cleats on dock (low wake area).
Also VRBO doesn't have an air mattress selection so some of the bed counts include the extra air mattresses we provide. Reference photos for bedroom details or feel free to contact me.
