I had a lovely stay. The home was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a walk-in shower was one of the highlights for me. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. The only thing I missed was having basic tv. I’m not an app person and I would have liked to watch basic cable with local news and weather. Overall, I loved the property and would gladly reserve it again.

House was clean and simple. Kitchen provided the basics. Bath towels were provided. Linens were clean and bed was comfy. Appreciate the k cups and coffee in the morning. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Driveway parking in a quiet neighborhood. Adequate space for two people. Local eating establishments within walking distance are adequate for lunch or dinner. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I’d definitely book again if in the Peoria area!

It’s hard to find a clean, reasonably priced rental that will allow dogs. I was so pleased we were able to find this one. The host was super accommodating and we had everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed in countless rentals and this was the first time we experienced a flawless check in. The house is in an excellent, safe location with easy access to a walking trail and the Peoria Heights restaurants/bars. Will definitely be back.
