Newbold Manor is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage—perfect for families or small groups. This classic Maine retreat features exposed beams and warm woodwork, capturing the charm of a traditional rustic cottage.
Nestled in the woods on 54 acres of private land with walking trails and two private coves, the home sleeps 6 guests across two floors (7 if you use the day bed). Inside, you’ll find a simple yet equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with working fireplace, and a front porch ideal for soaking in gorgeous sunsets over the St. George River. The property is a convenient ten minute drive to Drift Inn Beach, Marshall Point Light House, and the Monhegan Island ferry.
Guests have access to a washer and dryer on the property, as well as a shared game shed stocked with board games, sports equipment, croquet, beach toys, and chairs. For the comfort of our guests, mattresses are new; towels and linens are high quality; pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic down alternative. Travel crib and sheets available upon request.
The property is shared by two other units, but the rental is completely private.
