Take advantage of all Marco Beach has to offer in this fully remodeled (2019), prime location, beautifully maintained clean and comfortable single family home. Purchased Nov 2013, All new furniture, bedding, towels, fresh paint throughout. King bed in the master, Double bed with a single trundle in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen pull out couches. 2 flat screen TV's. Washer/dryer in the garage, 2 adult bicycles, The home has nice size lani, lanai shower spout, pool and seating area. Heated Pool. Walk right out onto your private pier and boat lift. Rent a boat at Marco Marina or bring your own. Feel free to kayak or fish right off the pier. Residence beach is just 1/2 mile from this home. You can purchase an annual pass for $140 for the year. Or walk to the public beach which is just a 1mile walk.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Marco Island! The home was updated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed and furniture were extremely comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals.Highlights of our trip included spending time at Tiger Tail Beach, dining at Capri Fish House, swimming in the pool, and watching the sunset right from the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Marietta was easy to communicate with. The house is centrally located to the best areas on Marco for restaurants, nightlife, etc.

The house is very closed to everything restaurants, beach it provides alot of chairs umbrella and bicycles, house is beautiful and super clean bed so comfy and Marietta is an excellent host she was always available .

Great location. Super quite and nice neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Poor lighting in the pool area. Bath towels were cleanned but very worn out, time for replacement. Both grill propane gas tank were empty, had to go fill one up. Plenty of beach chair. 6 bikes, only 2 working. We had a good time regardless of these minor details.

Beautiful Property on Canal with Pool

We really loved this property located in Marco Island. The house was exactly as described. It was wonderful being able to bring our dog along since this property is pet friendly. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The property is really close to restaurants and other activities. You could rent a golf cart to get around if you wanted to. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home!

This property was perfect and just what we needed for our family vacation. Conveniently close to the beach, grocery stores, & restaurants. Will be renting again when we come back.

Stayed here with friends on a girls trip. Home is exactly as pictured, ample space, clean and had everything to accommodate our stay. Pool and its surroundings was clean and we enjoyed it, made for relaxing early mornings and evenings. Plenty of lounge & sitting chairs to accommodate many people while outside enjoying the pool and view. All the furniture is comfortable. The home is modernly styled and nicely decorated. Lovely neighborhood. Marietta communicated promptly and answered all questions. Kitchen was fully stocked, they thought of everything! Lots of towels; the 3 beds we used were very comfortable. I must say, this home had everything and more. Definitely impressed with this home! My friend rebooked it to return with her husband for her birthday weekend in September. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home in Marco island.

Great stay and the location was just perfect. The home was 5 minutes from the beach. The Property had everything we needed such as beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella. The home and pool were very clean. I would recommend this house 100%.

Great Property

My family loved this property. The house is located on a quiet street. It is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. My kids loved the pool. Perfect temperature and very clean. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and even saw dolphins. They also have everything you need for going to the beach. We had an amazing stay and hope to return soon!

Great property in Marco Island!

My husband and I stayed here for a week long vacation. It was an updated house, great pool, and had a water view. The location was also perfect on the island. The owner was great with communication if I had any questions. We would definitely stay at this location again for our annual Marco Island trip!

Gorgeous pool home

Our stay was a last minute booking and we were so glad that this beautiful home was available. The house was immaculate and the pool was refreshing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. If you're looking for a vacation rental in Marco Island, look no further.
