For stays at this property, the HOA requires approval for all guests and tenants over the age of 18 prior to arrival. An application will need to be completed with additional details regarding your stay, and a lease agreement will be provided for signature. A security deposit is also required for all bookings in accordance with community guidelines.

There is absolutely NO smoking inside this home. If smoking is discovered inside the home there is upwards of a $2000 fine to remove the smoke smell and you will forfeit your entire security deposit.

Please note, all approvals must be done and completed with the HOA. I will ask you for more additional information after you book to complete your reservation which will include your social security number for all guests over the age of 18. The HOA will do a background check on all adult occupants.
