About this property

Silver Sage Suite – A Quiet, Modern Mountain Stay

Welcome to Silver Sage Suite, a fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath mother-in-law apartment designed for a comfortable, relaxed stay in the mountains. The apartment features an open-concept living space with a modern kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home and includes a large island with seating. A dining table provides space for meals, remote work, or game nights.
A note about the space: The apartment is connected to our primary home. We live upstairs, and our children’s bedrooms are on the same floor as the apartment. While guests have their own private space, this setup means the apartment is best suited for respectful, quieter stays rather than late-night gatherings or parties. Also, since the home is on a septic system, please flush only toilet paper and place all food scraps in the trash (not down the sink) to help keep everything running smoothly.
Important note: The apartment is not ADA accessible.

We’re two Park City locals who both work full-time, one locally and one from home, while raising our two young kids who love being outside and taking advantage of the trails, ski resorts, and parks nearby.

We also have two very friendly dogs: an aging heeler and a younger German Shorthaired Pointer with lots of energy and love to give. They enjoy relaxing on the porch, watching the deer and elk wander through, and greeting visitors.

We love hosting because we genuinely enjoy where we live and want others to experience it the same way we do. If you’re visiting to ski, my husband is always happy to wax your skis, just prop them up in front of the garage during your stay.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for the views and the balance it offers. We’re close to Park City and Kimball Junction for restaurants, groceries, and amenities, but just far enough away to avoid in-town traffic.

There’s great trail access right at the end of our street, a friendly neighborhood with mostly full-time residents, and regular visits from deer, elk, and other native wildlife. It feels peaceful and connected to nature, while still being convenient to everything.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property unique is the combination of location, setting, and the people behind it. You get beautiful views, trail access right at the end of the street, and quick access to Park City and Kimball Junction, without dealing with in-town traffic.
