We choose this neighborhood because is quiet and super convenient to all of the greater Dayton metro area. You are 15 minutes or less to all the major attractions in Dayton from UD
to WPAFB, Downtown Dayton, Beavercreek, Xenia, and more. The Creekside Trail is about a mile from the house and you could bike to it.

This property is a quiet refuge. The rooms are comfortable and the space is private with no rear neighbors.
