BINGO! by Dayton Dream Stay is a three-bedroom ranch style home centrally located within about 15 minutes of nearly everything the Dayton area has to offer, including the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Wright State University, the University of Dayton, downtown Dayton and even Buc-ee’s in Huber Heights.

Back at the house, everyone can find their favorite place to relax. Gather in the comfortable living room, head downstairs to the game and theater area for a movie or a game of pool, or take the fun outside to the patio and fully fenced yard. The backyard opens to neighboring athletic fields, with playgrounds just beyond for families with kiddos to enjoy when school is not in session.

At the end of the day, two king beds offer plenty of room to stretch out for a good night’s rest. A third bedroom and flexible lower-level sleeping space help accommodate groups of up to eight.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, while the washer and dryer are especially convenient for longer stays. A portable crib and high chair are available for younger guests, and off-street parking includes an additional pad that may accommodate an RV or trailer.

The host was very easy to work with. She was readily available for questions and or problems. The home is advertised as a 4 bedroom rental but, it is not. There is a trundle type single bed just tucked behind the couch that constitutes the 4th bedroom. The 2nd bathroom was a sink and toilet in the basement. The shower was under construction and unusable.The good thing is that the other 3 bedrooms are very nicely done. Beds are very comfortable and space is adequate. We used the patio and backyard a lot. It was very peaceful with the large soccer/grass play field from the school behind the property. The grandkids loved playing on the field using a convenient gate that allows passing between areas.

We choose this neighborhood because is quiet and super convenient to all of the greater Dayton metro area. You are 15 minutes or less to all the major attractions in Dayton from UD
to WPAFB, Downtown Dayton, Beavercreek, Xenia, and more. The Creekside Trail is about a mile from the house and you could bike to it.

This property is a quiet refuge. The rooms are comfortable and the space is private with no rear neighbors.
