Very clean! I am an interior designer & the furniture placement in the living area drove me crazy!! I wld suggest clearing the area area around the bar & placing bar stools instead of over crowding the area with chairs. Kids Chen needs frying pans replaced but otherwise very stocked with utensils. Also I wld clearly describe the bunk bed area not as a room but it is a closet with bunk beds. I wld stay there again. I was satisfied with pricing & cleanliness.
