Great place to stay! Easy drive to campus and so close to happy hollow park. Lots of space for a large group. The host was also very kind and easy to communicate with.
Pros: Easy to work with and friendly host. Plenty of space for our entire family (8 adults, 3 children, 1 baby). Stocked home (plenty of toilet paper; trash bags; pantry staples like sugar, spices, pasta, coffee; dishes; crockpot; pots/pans; bath towels; 2 washers and 2 dryers).Cons: Unkempt backyard (didn't feel comfortable letting the kids run around due to wires hanging down; longer grass; hot tub wasn't hot - lukewarm water). Visible water damage in basement. Musty smell throughout the whole house. Quick clean between tenants? There were a lot of random cobwebs.
Fantastic spaces! It’s hard to find an updated home for a large family with so many beds, baths and multiple open spaces. The back yard fire pit and hot tub time while leaves fell around was beautiful. Kitchen had plenty cups and dishes for big groups. Communication with the host was clear and supportive. Location couldn’t be better: near campus, restaurants, hiking trail, pharmacies.Would love to stay again!
