Vacation with us at Salt Life! This 2 bd/2.5 bath townhome is a 9 minute walk/3 min drive to the Emerald Coast waters of Miramar Beach/Destin, local favorite restaurants, and great shopping. Our home accommodates 6 people with 2 en-suite bedrooms (queen sized beds) and 1 sofa sleeper. Minutes away from the serene coastline for beach relaxation, walking, biking, and dining. Beach chairs, a cooler, & beach umbrella included with your stay + community pool. We cover your guest service fees!

The space
Our home is ideal for 4 adults and 2 children since the unit has 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa for the children.

****Golf Cart Option**** Our partners with Destin Elite Golf Carts, a premier golf cart rental company located 3 minutes away, providing our guests a golf cart rental at a reduced rate - generally around $120. The normal daily rate is about $150 depending on the season. The owner of Destin Elite Golf Carts has agreed to provide us a discount code which we will issue to you once you have made a reservation with us. The discount is approximately 15% off their advertised rate. Destin Elite Golf Cart delivers the golf cart to you NLT 3pm and then pick up the golf cart on the day of your departure around 1000am. In the alternative, you can pick it up on the day your rental begins as early as 8am. If you choose not to rent the golf cart, the beach is a 9 minute walk or 3 minute drive. We provide 6 beach chairs, 1 cooler and 2 umbrellas for you to use.

Guest access
You will receive a a 4 digit code from us 1 week prior to your arrival to access the electronic keyless door lock.

Other things to note
****The individual making the reservation may be required to furnish the host a screenshot of their driver's license or official Government ID to verify their age and who they are at the time they make the reservation if it's not apparent.

***Any reservation request by individuals 25 years of age and under will be disapproved unless you have 3 or more 5 star reviews.

*** Additionally, the guest who made the reservation on certifies they will reside in the townhome for the entire duration of the stay. This protects you, and us.

***If we learn that a reservation was made to deceive us as to who is actually staying in the town home, we will report you to, the authorities, and take legal action***

***This vacation home is geared towards families/friends who want to enjoy a nice quiet vacation at the beach - not party goers***

Pets, smoking, vaping, and controlled drugs (including marijuana) are prohibited inside the home. A $600 violation per incident or per pet will be assessed if any of the above are violated.
