About the trash: you’re right — the scheduled pickup is Wednesday, and bins should not have been overflowing at check-in. That was not acceptable. We’ve updated our pre-arrival checklist with housekeeping and the vendor to confirm bins are emptied before every check-in, and we’ll provide extra liners and a backup can for large groups. About the service visits and interruptions: I apologize for the unannounced arrivals. Our policy is to notify guests before any vendor access and to minimize service during stays, especially when children and pets are present. I’ve reminded all vendors to give advance notice and to coordinate timing better so this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the cameras: the cameras are exterior-only for security and monitoring of the property and do not record indoor/private areas. I understand feeling watched is uncomfortable — we’ll make the camera locations clearer in the listing and in the arrival information. Thanks again for the honest review — this helps us improve.
