Your Pocono Lake adventure begins at this 3-bedroom chalet. Guests will find a nice mix of sleeping options, including a full bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a queen bed. The chalet features three bathrooms, 2 with a refreshing stall showers and one with a tub shower to start the day. Two additional living spaces add to the comfort—a cozy private living room with a sofa bed and electric fireplace with TV and a main living room with a wood-burning fireplace and TV. In addition, there is a loft area with a recliner and futon and a large game room with foosball table and pool table. Outdoors, you’ll find a deck with chiminea and a serene fire pit area. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this enchanting chalet offers an enjoyable stay for all.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of the garage and owners lockup in main bath and master bath.

Gate and amenity access will be provided as a QR code following registration.

Keypad lock is available at the residence for easy access.

We are located just a couple of blocks away from a community pool and playground and a short ride to beach 4. There is a fitness area in the community as well for those who like to stay active. Additional info for the home is as follows:

Arrowhead Short Term Guest Requirements:

Guest Registration: All guests must be registered in advance. A valid ID is required for each individual over the age of 18.

Vehicle Gate/Access Card Fee: $20 per vehicle. Maximum number vehicles allowed is 6.

Temporary Membership Fees:
These fees are required by the community and provide access to all amenities including pools, beaches, lodge, gym, game rooms and other outdoor activities. The fee schedule is as follows (as of 2/2026):

In-Season
Guests ages 5 and under: Free
Guests ages 6 and over: $8.50 per night
Day auests ages 6 and over: $8.50 per night

Out of Season
Guests ages 5 and under: Free
Guests ages 6 and over: $2.00 per night
Day guests ages 6 and over: $2.00 per night

Administrative fee per rental registration: $20

Late Registration Fee: A $200 fee will apply for any registrations made less than 5 days before arrival.

• Same-Day Registration or changes: Not permitted. The registration cutoff is 11:59 PM the night before arrival.


Trash and Recycling:
The Trash & Recycling Center is located behind the Welcome Center through the Main Gate. All trash and recycling items must be brought to the community Trash & Recycling Center. Disposing of trash at any other location, including in other community trash cans, is prohibited. There is no curbside pickup. Trash is considered ONLY household garbage, food scraps, etc. Recycling includes glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles and containers, aluminum and steel/tin cans, cardboard and paperboard, and newspaper, magazines and paper. Hours: Daily from 8am to 10pm; Staffed from 8am to 2pm and 2:30pm to 6pm.
