Located in Athens, this lovely house offers a comfortable stay for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the Living room. If needed can provide an additional twin bed. There’s plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms provide convenience and privacy during your visit. The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to feel right at home. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Athens and the Elk River have to offer. Sportsman's Park boat ramp is a short boat ride, 1.5 miles away, and this property has private dock access right across the street. The water level is limited to mid to late April through early September. Bring your boat and watercraft and enjoy river life!

Jana and I, along with my mother and father-in-law, fell in love with Elk Estates around 2020. My in-laws purchased a home and remodeled it. Since then, they have purchased two other properties, 18096 being one of them. We renovated and updated the entire interior last year, 2025, and are excited about sharing the river life with our friends and the possibility of creating new friendships. Elk Estates is a very old and established community that truly feels like a village we think you will fall in love just like we did.

What makes this property unique

The house is spacious and comfortably situated in an established neighborhood on the Elk River. We own the property directly across the street which has river access with its own dock. You will have full access to that dock during your stay. The dock has two slips with plenty of cleats for easy tie down. We also have a floating dock for a wave runner.
