Ein besonderes Lob gilt Ihren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Bei allen unseren Fragen und Problemen wurde uns mit viel Geduld und großem Einsatz geholfen. Die Ausstattung haben wir schlechter bewertet, da es mit dem Internet große Probleme gab. Alles andere war gut. Wir haben in diesem Jahr auch festgestellt, dass sich nicht alle Gäste an die Parkrgelung halten.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Wohnung 53/13 und daher war die helle, freundliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung für uns keine Überraschung. Die Anmeldung war gut vorbereitet und von dort haben wir auch bei Fragen rasche und gute Hilfe erfahren. Sehr freundliches Personal. Dies gilt auch für den Hausmeister, der uns bei einem kleinen Problem mit der Fernbedienung rasch und gut geholfen hat.

Guten Morgen zusammen, bereits zum dritten Mal hatten wir uns für einen Urlaub im Feriendorf Immen..

Guten Morgen zusammen, bereits zum dritten Mal hatten wir uns für einen Urlaub im Feriendorf Immenstaad entschieden. Da unsere Kinder mittlerweile das elterliche Haus verlassen haben benötigten wir kein Ferienhaus mehr und entschieden uns für eine 1-Raum-Ferienwohnung. Die Küchen- und Badausstattung (Küchenzeile, Fliesen, sanitäre Ausstattung) sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch haben wir keine Mängel oder Unsauberkeiten feststellen können. Lediglich bei der Entnahme von warmen Wasser hat es etwas gedauert bis die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht war. Die Küchenausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend (als Kaffetrinker hätten wir uns größere Kaffeebecher gewünscht :)). Die Parkanlage macht immer noch einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiter*Innen der Verwaltung waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Buchungen konnten der heutigen Zeit entsprechend digital durchgeführt werden. Den Wohnungen zugeordnete PKW-Stellplätze und Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder rundeten das rundum Sorglospaket ab. Kurz gesagt: ankommen, auspacken, wohlfühlen ! Schöne Grüße aus Wuppertal, wir "drohen" mit einem Wiederkommen :) Silke und Mario Lancioni
