The house is located not far from Granitz, a 982-hectare nature reserve, and offers the perfect setting for relaxing walks and enjoying nature.<br><br>On the ground floor, in addition to the bright and invitingly furnished living area, you’ll find a modern flat-screen TV and direct access to the terrace, which opens onto the adjoining garden. Comfortable patio furniture and a large umbrella ensure you can enjoy pleasant moments in the fresh air. The dining area and adjoining kitchen are equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking together in the evenings. There is a fully equipped bathroom on both the ground floor and the upper floor. Enjoy the luxury of choosing between a shower or an inviting bathtub. The upper floor also features three separate bedrooms. Two of them are each furnished with a double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
