The Space:

This beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 7th-floor of this complex. The views from the 30-foot private balcony are spectacular. This unit is perfect for relaxing and viewing the early morning dolphins or the amazing sunsets. The owners of this condo are very particular about style and comfort and they have managed to combine the two successfully. The large master bedroom has an oversized King bed, flat screen TV/ DVD player and ceiling fan with a walk in shower in the master bathroom. The large guest bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, flat screen TV/DVD player, and ceiling fan. There is also a computer station. There is a full-size bathroom for guest. The unit has a rollway to allow sleeping for 7. The living space is huge and decked with comfortable luxury with a large Flat screen TV, DVD and CD players, wireless Internet access and free long distance calling. There is seating for 8 in the dining area with the bar stools looking through to the upgraded kitchen that has everything you could need to entertain or just have an intimate meal. This condominium is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans in the bedrooms/living room and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience. This is a non-smoking and no pets unit. This condo is located on Okaloosa Island which connects Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida with bridges at each end.

This condo was beautiful inside and out. The decor was gorgeous. And the king bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept so well while listening to the ocean...so peaceful. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We are already looking forward to booking our next visit.

This place is perfect. The balcony is twice the size of any hotel or condo I’ve ever stayed in. The view is perfect and it has everything you need! We will definitely be staying here again.

Enjoyed a girls trip with 3 generations, we loved the balcony for morning coffee and ease of beach access. Condo was clean upon arrival and pictures were accurate online

Nothing disappointed on the trip. Loved it and would stay again. I know for next time to bring a coffee pot! Bathroom could of been cleaned a bit better but in the overall scheme of things…who cares. Loved it and we all really enjoyed ourselves. :-)

The deck has it all

Property is as pictured. The best part is the deck overlooking the ocean. Plenty of chairs and there isn’t a better place for morning coffee, lunch or an evening glass of wine. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 beach chairs-no umbrella or beach towels though. Spacious living space. Master bed was a little uncomfortable for us as it has a think, soft unevenly worn pad. We really enjoyed this space.

Overall nice place with nice furniture. The beds are very comfortable. Surf Dweller is a nice complex. Kitchen is fairly well equipped, Three sets of silverware - kind of overboard. While glassware was very sparse. Suggest owners update the glassware inventory and maybe use plastic as I'm sure glass keeps getting broke on the tile floors. Also suggest the rental company supply a pot scrubber in the kitchen - a sponge does not remove baked on stuff. Wyndam /resort quest were easy to deal with but wish they would itemize their charges.

Nice Place with a great view.

Fantastic view. The only issue was the A/C unit. Must have been linking for some time when we arrived. Smelled of mustiness that we thought was a result of the condo being closed up. We discovered pooled water in the utility closet where the A/C unit was located. Cleaning supplies were also in the closet. The leak had been ignored by someone. We called and the leak was fixed later the next day.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and as pictured. Not far from Destin for those nights you want to get out for dinner. We definitely recommend this condo!

Was wonderful but…

Everything was perfect and condo is exactly as the pictures shown. I loved it, but we won’t stay here again because they don’t provide beach chairs and you have to pay $40 a day per chair. 2 condos down they include all of that in your stay for every condo. But that is the only thing I have to complain about.

My friend and our daughters stayed in this condo for a girls' trip, and were extremely pleased. The unit was very clean and actually nicer than the pictures. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. Thelocation is great, and the view is perfect! The balcony is one of the best features - so big and decorated beautifully. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for future stays!

The property was as described online. No issues once we got there. Beautiful view!! Clean condo! It was hard to get an answer about the additional rollaway bed that was provided. Very nice customer service just hard to get a definite answer from anyone about a rollaway bed actually being present in the condo! (it was there once we arrived but we had been told that it was broken and not available)

Much prettier than the photos -- we enjoyed it enormously!

Beautiful, clean condo with an unparalleled view of the Gulf of Mexico. This photograph does not do it justice. Just steps from the beach, which we visited nearly every day. The kitchen is convenient and very well-equipped -- I could have boiled lobsters or cooked a turkey in the available equipment. (But the oven/range could use a calibration.) King bed was very comfortable; the bathrooms were clean. I appreciated the walk-in shower in the master bath. Linens were plentiful and appropriate. Washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher worked well. Air conditioning on the top floor was more than adequate for the heat of August. We enjoyed the balcony, which runs the length of the apartment and has plenty of seating. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Clean condo - nice size - beautiful place. Balcony had 2 tall chairs and 2 tall stoles with 1 layout chair - needs a few regular type chairs . Also, for this cost - I expected beach chairs and umbrella but was informed that would be extra $$ ... there was a flimsy umbrella in the complex and a cheap beach chair. Overall - I probably would recommend this and possibly go back to the same condo.

Amazing I loved it!

The condo was perfect! Very clean and organized, very spacious and the best part was the amazing view from the balcony. I was on the 7th floor so my view was stunning. Kitchen has everything you need. Very very happy description and pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. This is my new place to stay when I go back. I definitely recommend it!
