We really enjoyed our stay! We rented along with 2 other families (12 people in total) and the bunk bed room was perfect for kids!The property was just as it was listed - conveniently located for nearby hiking and four-wheeling. It was great for day trips into Rocky Mountain National Park for incredible wildlife viewing and some of the best that Colorado has to offer!

Excellent property - location 15min walk to Granby ranch slope area, the mgmt person was super helpful, very friendly, anccom and very responsive! Basement excellent- the couch said pulled out into bed but that wasn’t the case but basement very roomy. Rooms bathrooms excellent for our fam of 10- They were as listed. The only thing is it didn’t hav essential kitchen items & beds were all queen (which we knew ahead) the sheets didn’t smell fresh but w&d were excellent but only 1 small box of detergent for 1 load. All in all we loved the grill on back deck, good location; we had asked for fans prior & they were all there- excellent girl answering messages- I wish I could remember her name!

Sorry the basement couch didn’t function as expected and that some kitchen essentials, linens, and detergent were lacking. We’ve asked maintenance to inspect the couch and will update the listing if the sleeping setup needs clarification. Housekeeping has been notified to refresh the linens and to better stock essential kitchen items and laundry supplies for future guests.
