Upon arrival, the outside appearance was questionable, but once inside, our family was very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. It was just as described, it was quiet, spacious and very comfortable, and we absolutely loved the location. The beach was literally across the street, and our goal was to jet ski, parasail, and to enjoy any other attractions the beach had to offer. Our location was perfect for all of the goals that we had set. The balcony was perfect it overlooked the docks and bay where we enjoyed our morning coffee, afternoon dinning, and planning conversations. The kitchen was well equipped, and the plus was the washer and dryer which I absolutely loved. My family and I would definitely return and recommend it to any one that's traveling to Pensacola for vacation.
