Dear Guests, Casa Maffei is a detached house with 4 well-equipped holiday flats of approx. 65 square meters. The house is located in Tignale, in the hamlet Oldesio, with a unique panorama, in a quiet and sunny south-east position. The large covered balcony offers a marvellous view over Lake Garda and Montebaldo. Next to the balcony, an old olive grove invites you to relax in the shade. Each holiday flat has a living room with satellite TV, well-equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, children's room with single beds, furnished balcony. Each flat has a reserved parking space; an additional garage space for motorbikes, bicycles and trailers can also be rented. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine. Free WI-Fi use.

Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang durch Herrn Maffei. Bei Verständigungsproblemen half uns ein Übersetzungsprogramm. Lage traumhaft, nur die Straße den Berg hinauf sehr kurvig, schmal, aber damit hatten wir bei der Lage gerechnet! Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Terrasse ruhig mit traumhaften Blick auf den See. Weitere Sitzgelegenheit findet sich im kleinen, schattigen Olivengarten, der zum Grundstück gehört. Einfach schön !

Alles war super. Was zu beachten ist, dass es sehr kurvenreich und steil hinauf geht. Wenn man mit Kindern fährt, denen es schlecht wird beim Autofahren.

Sommerurlaub am Gardasee

Wir wurden freundlich von unserem Gastgeber Herr Maffei empfangen.Uns wurde eine geräumige,schöne ,saubere,helle Wohnung mit tollem modernem Bad und Küche gezeigt. Der Ballkon war super gross, und der Blick auf den Gardasee wuderschön. Herr Maffei ist ein netter, sympatischer Gastgeber, der immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatte, und sich liebevoll um seine Ferienanlage kümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und hatten einen tollen Urlaubin dieser beeindruckenden Gegend. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes mal in Casa Maffei. Danke an Familie Maffei. Wunderschöner Gardasee-Familienurlaub

Es war ein herrlicher Familienurlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon mit Seeblick. Der Balkon war als Terrasse abschließbar, so das der Hund nicht eigenständig raus konnte. Der Vermieter (selbst Eigentümer des Hauses) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt schön ruhig in einem Bergdorf mit ein paar Restaurants, Geschäften und Supermarkt. Einfach alles für uns top.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus ist gepflegt und liegt oberhalb eines Olivenhains. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Der kleine Ort ist sehr sauber und hat einige nette Restaurants. Es ist immer etwas steil wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, aber dafür ist die Aussicht toll. Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter.

Schöne und ruhige Lage,mit tollem Blick auf den See.Frühstück mit Sonne. Wohnung kühlt schnell aus und man braucht die Heizung im Oktober.Die seperaten Nebenkosten sind nicht gut beschrieben.Die Dusche ist sehr klein Die Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer müssten gewechselt werden.Ansonsten ist die Wohnung okay

Beste Unterkunft, top Aussicht, super Vermieter

Wir waren zu viert (zwei teenager) für zwei Wochen hier, hatten geniales Wetter, haben jeden Morgen die Aussicht auf den See beim Frühstück genossen und an vielen Abenden die örtlichen Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet und die Vermieter extrem freundlich. Wenn auch noch die Nachbarn (aus den anderen Häusern) mitspielen, ist es ein perfekter Urlaubs Ort.

Grandiose Unterkunft

Schöne Wohung, Balkonaussicht unbezahlbar

Wir waren im September 2018 für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Kontakt und eincheken völlig problemlos. Für Motorrad und Anhänger wurden zusätzliche Plätze gefunden. Die Wohhnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Der W-LAN empfang ist gut und stabil. Die Wohnung selbst ist vom Parkplatz nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Der nächstgrößere Ort ist über einen einen kleinen steilen, befestigten Fußweg in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar. Mit dem Auto/Motorrad in ein paar Minuten. Dort gibt es ausreichend Gastronomie und einen Supermarkt. Von der Wohnung selbst kann man ein Restaurant direkt gegeüber oder eine Pizzeria ca. 150 m die Strasse rauf besuchen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Beschattung des Balkons, wir hatten morgens schon intensiv Sonne und leider nur einen kleinen Schirm der sich nicht kippen ließ. Hier wäre eine Markise oder ein größerer, kippbarer Schirm schön. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Traumhafter Ausblick, ruhige Lage, nette Wohnung

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Oldesio. Auch die Anfahrt gestaltete sich recht unkompliziert, die Wohnung war durch die Beschreibung leicht zu finden, und Alessandro war gleich zur Stelle. Der großzügige, überdachte Balkon ist ideal bei fast jedem Wetter. Der Blick über Olivenbäume hinweg auf große Teile des Gardasees und aufs Monte-Baldo-Massiv ist fantastisch und nachts mit der Uferbeleuchtung geradezu magisch. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke genau richtig von der Größe und Aufteilung. Das Bad war ebenfalls angenehm groß. Es gibt keinen Backofen oder Toaster, aber das ist zu verschmerzen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr anständig.
