You'll have dedicated beach access through the Sunset Beach HOA just up 30A, which you can reach via the tram that stops half a block away, every 20 minutes.



As you step inside this centrally air-conditioned studio, you'll be struck by the generous amount of space and light. Hang your beach towels by the door, fix cold drinks and snacks in the kitchenette, and sit down at the table to enjoy them beneath a crystal chandelier.
