Spring Break Family Trip

Good, clean property. Excellent location and good place to stay. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responsive. Only improvement with property is parking spot is in the rear of the condo, would be helpful if it was on the front or on the side. Or, if there was a key to use the back door during the stay.

Overall property was clean, however the pictures online didn’t do it justice. Property was very dull and very dark. Pictures online showed a very light and bright living area. Multiple light bulbs out, faucet in king bedroom is completely broke, light bulb in kitchen area out and one broken over the table. Couches and barstool chairs very dirty. It is very outdated compared to several other rentals in the same condo for the same price. I would recommend searching for other properties to stay at for a more enjoyable time. The hotel is very accessible to the beach area and check in was a breeze. This was the worst condo as far as of amenities and actual room updates and that I have stayed at over the years in Miramar beach.
