To start off my review, we were double charged for our weeks stay, and the issue has yet to be resolved. We have been unable to reach anyone at the property management company even with VRBO’s help. I spent an hour on hold one morning of my vacation trying to get this issue sorted. We also received very little check in information, and only the code into the condo. We had no way of getting into the property bc we weren’t given the code to the grounds. Luckily a nice family helped us when trying to get into the parking lot. The kitchen was poorly stocked, which was ok but required us to eat out more than we normally like. This is our favorite place to stay, when going down to Destin. We’ve stayed at Sterling shores 8-10 times, and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had with a management company. It really puts a bad taste in your mouth with you’re unable to get ahold of anyone when there’s a problem. This issue needs to be fixed immediately or Sterling Shores will start losing business.
