The Space:

Located on Okaloosa Island, this spacious two-bedroom rental features amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen, access to the large balcony from both bedrooms and the living room, and a separate tub and shower in both bedrooms. Additional sleeping can be found in the bunk area and the living room on a queen sofa bed. The resort offers three pools, a lazy river, two hot tubs, and a grilling area. Nearby restaurants include AJ's Oyster Shanty, which is directly across the street, Hightide Seafood Restaurant, and The Gulf on Okaloosa Island. Even more dining and entertainment options are less than a mile away at The Boardwalk. Head into Destin to rent wave runners or a pontoon boat from Boogie's Watersports and spend a day at Crab Island.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

We had a great time. Our room had a beautiful view and was very clean. Both rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The pools, lazy river and splash pad were great for the kids and the place is convenient to the beach. I would 100% go back.

The condo was beautiful and check in pretty easy. The only reason I gave a 4 is because the toilet in the guest bathroom kept running and the bottom of the tub in the master bathroom needs painting or updating.

What a great vacation spot! This unit was excellent, we only wished we would have made our stay longer, we weren’t ready to leave after 5 days. Only thing that would have made it better is common kitchen things like salt & pepper. It was really quiet, we never heard outside or hallway noise, unless we opened the balcony door and then you could hear the waves crashing. Overall we loved it and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Resort

We always love staying at Waterscape and this unit was no exception. It was clean, well appointed, and as described! Unfortunately the elevator next to the unit was broken during our stay, so it did result in a good bit of extra shlepping of beach gear down a hall just to come back up when we got to the bottom floor. That isn't the owners fault though, and Waterscape maintenance did fix it the day before we checked out.

We stay at Waterscape every year for the Labor Day weekend and this year we stayed in A605! This was an awesome condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location (door is right next to the elevator) great view of the pier for the fireworks. Only one issue was that we have a family of five and just not much sitting room in the living room area (but who goes to the beach to sit in the room). We had friends staying in another condo just down the hall from us and when they came in they were very blown away at how much nicer our condo was than theirs. Awesome trip, thanks for letting us stay in your awesome condo.

Fort Walton Beach stay

The room was well equipped with items needed. The front desk was helpful. Check in was easy arriving late things were in the room we needed and completing the process in the morning was simple. The description of the place was accurate and nobody was disappointed. If I was to plan another trip to Destin I would first check the location of this property to see availability. The walk from the car to the room in reviews said it was long but really it wasn’t bad and it put us in a great location for when we went to the beach and pool.
