The Space:
This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio with spectacular Gulf views. The main bedroom features a large glass window boasting mesmerizing Gulf views.
The living room has a queen sofa bed for extra room if needed. Other features include separate stand up freezer, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs.
You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Great condo, spacious, clean, cozy.
The condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It's well decorated and tile floors in common areas was plus. I'll definitely rent it again.

Condo very well furnished, clean and inviting. Nice large balcony. The location was perfect. Complex is right across the street from a strip of shops that included seafood restaurants, breakfast restaurants, pizza, ice cream shop and shopping. It was very convenient to be able to walk across the street to these eateries.
This unit was in great shape, no flaws. Loved the master with the huge bathtub plus walk in shower with bench. The view was not to high and not to low. The resort was also great: Hot tub plus heated lap pool, and access to the beach was perfect.
Condo unit, view, and chair service are all top notch! Unit is well furnished and very large. Neighboring shops and Jellyfish restaurant were excellent to visit. Palacio property could use a little cosmetic care. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and elevator is super fast. We enjoyed our visit and would book here again!
Love the Palacio but like the layout of the end units better than this one. Also the elevators during check-in and check-out were very congested and the new yellow wristband policy was a hassle.

Description is NOT accurate.
The description starts off incorrect and continues to be incorrect till the end. The beds were soft and very squeeky. I saw this previously but hoped it had been resolved. It had not. The condo is not on the 7th floor, its on the 6th floor. The virtual info is correct for the number of beds per room. One set of beach chairs is not included. Lots of anxiety before arrival not needed if information was correct.

We love Perdido and Palacio overall, but a few things needed improvement. We reported the non working washer 3 times to a receptionist without luck. The information finally got to Johnny, the manager, who very quickly had a repairman there to check. (Unfortunately it took another week for the part to arrive). In the meantime we couldn't wash sheets for new family members and it took some coaxing to get them to bring fresh linens. The shower head in one of the bathrooms had not worked correctly for some time because there was peeling paint and damage to the wall behind it. The place really needs a new coffee maker, skillets, and griddle!! We bought forks and spoons at Walmart to have enough when all 9 of us were there. And there was only 1 extra blanket for cold nights. Otherwise, we loved the pools and beach and all the great seafood.

No air conditioning and no ice maker
Our stay began with employees in the room inspecting- and then housekeepers returning to finish preparing the unit for us. The first night we were uncomfortable with the temperature but thought we just needed to adjust. The next day we adjusted and could not get comfortable... by that evening we called the office but received the after hours line and were told to call back in the morning. Needless to say resting on vacation was difficult. We called the next morning and maintenance assessed the unit and told us it was a problem with the unit on the roof and they would have to come back later. We asked that they (2 men) call us to let us know they would be in the unit (4 women) and were told “that’s going to be a problem! You either stay here or just let us do what we need to do!” Clearly we were not comfortable with this but on vacation weren’t left with much choice. We then received a call that afternoon saying it was not same-day repairable. We were offered the option to move to a new room but our checkout was the next morning... and I happen to be 7 months pregnant. Moving is not easy- and not reasonable for one remaining night. We were provided with a broken fan and after complaining fans were brought that night for the bedrooms. Meanwhile, the ice maker in the unit was not producing ice and no solutions were provided for that issue either. Despite our “vacation” having 3 restless nights, after many calls to the management comapany (and much of our so-called vacation wasted on dealing with the issues) we were offered one night reimbursement and told they were all in agreement this was a fair adjustment. Needless to say, we are not satisfied with the customer service and do not plan to return...
