The Space:

Rising from the sand, this sunny and bright condo offers incredible views of the white, sandy beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Spread out and relax inside, or sit outside on your private, furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh, salty air. Prepare meals and quick beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen, and then experience all the on-site amenities including shared, heated swimming pool, fitness room, and convenient beach access.



In addition to being located right on the beach, the Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located right across the street from the complex, offering fun times for visitors of all ages. Check out a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. There are also several dining options available.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 12 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Our family really enjoyed our stay! We loved the balcony and the view. The elevators were not an issue, never had to wait more than a few minutes. The part of the beach that the complex is on is much quieter than further down the road towards the mega resorts like Shores of Panama. We’d definitely stay again!

This condo was very nice and clean. We were right on the beach and access was very easy. We loved the condo very much and parking was very easy. We were close to everything in Panama City and had no trouble getting around. The pool was smaller than it looks in the picture and we never went to the pool because it was crowded and we also preferred the beach. Be aware that the chair rentals take up the beach front and you will have to walk to have front access to the water, or you will be sitting behind the blue rental chairs. For all of the condos on the beach, those chair rentals are a negative and should be banned or pushed back in my opinion.

Awesome views from balcony. If someone is looking for a beachfront condo this is it. Condo was as advertised. Observing dolphins swim in the crystal clear gulf water was a bonus.

Cute condo

The premises were clean & well maintained. The condo was decorated nicely; had most of what we needed; & the bed was very comfortable. The floor of the condo was dirty & we constantly had to wash the bottom of our feet; the shower cutain liner was moldy; & the sofa was uncomfortable. Overall, this place was above average, but I probably won't stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved the condo and the way it was decorated! Awesome view from the balcony. Close to everything. Had everything we needed with a few exceptions.The walk to the beach was very close .The only thing was the furniture in the living room was not comfortable at all and needs a good cleaning. I would also suggest leaving guest more toilet paper and trash bags. These are things a guest shouldn't have to worry about when visiting. Also a broom would be nice . Would definitely visit again!!

Great Condo-terrible elevators

The condo was amazing and exactly as advertised, but the elevator issues made us rethink ever staying higher than 3 floors ever again. The easy beach access was made miserable by a 12 story hike up and down the stairs since 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. Waiting for an elevator for 15-45 minutes each time made the experience less than stellar. Seriously consider if you want to wait at the elevators or not. This condo was beautiful and the private beach was great but those blasted elevators taint the property.

Lovely condo. Very clean and spacious. Plannning to stay here again. The host forgot to provide the gate code to the beach and pool so be sure to ask for it before you go to the beach.
