The Space:

You'll love your stay in this beautiful seventh-floor Gulf-front condo. With a Balcony overlooking the white sand beaches and breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, relaxing here shouldn't be an issue. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. This condo has a well-equipped kitchen for those nights you decide to stay in, versus partaking in one of the many nearby local dining establishments. Featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, and two twins in a guest bedroom this condo will sleep up to 4 adults. This condo also boasts a washer/dryer in the condo which can be harder to come across than you may think. While staying you will also have access to all that Island Echos has to offer. Our amenities include a Gulf Front swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, DVD rentals and beach service.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Clean, great view, great service

We loved the location and the condo. Great beach front property. We had a small issue with the hot water tank, but someone came right away to fix it. Vacasa was very good and on top of things. Would stay here again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

We loved our view from the 7th floor overlooking the beach! The beach access was super easy and shower with foot sprayer on the dock on the way in/out was so handy! We enjoy the pool though it was pretty chilly when swimming in the evenings.

Great Property Will Rent Again

Everything was as expected or better than expected. Having VACASA helps making sure everything is as it should be. The beach was great and the views spectacular. Remember to go and claim you free umbrella and beach chairs early because they can all be taken by late morning. I don't get what the "close to entertainment" is. It's no closer to whatever entertainment than anything else on Okaloosa Island.

Ocean View

This condo was spotless. We did not hesitate moving right in with the lovely arrangement of furnishings. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils and appliances. There was adequate storage space in the kitchen for purchased groceries. We had a beautiful view of the beach from the living room and sitting on the small balcony which had chairs and a small round table adequate for drinks and snacks, but not a meal. The washer and dryer were a real convenience. The beach was just over a little foot bridge with the whitest softest sand I ever experienced. The location is very quiet and accessible to shopping and restaurants.

Great Condo

My husband and I took last minute trip and stayed in this beautiful condo. It was so nice and clean and had everything we needed. The weather was great and the water was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break get away

The property was right on the gulf with beautiful views! The elevators worked fine although we took the stairs to get exercise. It's not in a congested area which is great for relaxation. The property came with an umbrella and two beach chairs that were set up daily.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Week long get a way at the perfect spot. Everything as mentioned on site, no surprises. Washer and dryer IN room allowed us to pack lightly and have fresh clothing throughout our stay. Great location away from the crowds, but just a short drive to everything. The resort supplies beach chairs and umbrellas daily on first come basis and right on the beach.
