Step out onto your private balcony to watch the sun come up over the water, spend your days lounging on the sugary sand downstairs (seasonal beach service is included), and enjoy such on-site resort amenities as indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, a game room, and a movie theater.



This gulf-front resort is conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions. You'll be three-quarters of a mile west of Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park, the prime spot for events and festivals throughout the year. The property is also one mile west of Gulf World, four miles west of Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and six miles west of ZooWorld, WonderWorks, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf in the heart of downtown (six miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking is terrible and needs more lighting. Driver’s license to get a cart is ridiculous. Staff wasn’t pleasant. Our condo had enough space. The stove needs work. The fridge leaked. The floors were dirty (feet were black from walking on in it). Tub in main room didn’t drain properly. Stood in 3 inches of water while trying to shower. Elevators were hot and small.
