What a great place to stay! We really enjoyed our trip. Very easy check-in, condo was very clean everything in good working order. This condo has amazing views of the ocean we actually could see the sting rays, dolphins, and we actually seen a small shark fish in the water. Thanks for the great experience!

Family Friendly Fun

family friendly was on point for this trip. Complete with sun, chairs, perfect balcony for when there was bad weather. The spacious nature was good for our size of 4 adults and 5 kids. The lay out of the bathrooms was great. Remember to bring your extra blankets just because blankets were thin, and we also bought some extra pillows for our stay. Overall it was a perfect stay.

1st impression are everything

This/That was my mine & my family’s 1st time every visiting Florida & by far this/that is our most favorite trip/vacation we’ve ever been on. The condo made us feel right at home , the beach was everything , & we all enjoyed riding the jet skis (back to back lol) .. We will most definitely be back & will be recommended others was will ! We had 10 people total. The room with bunk beds was deceiving in the photo bc it is more the size of a closet... but we made it work! Located close to everything! The condo had everything we needed. The master bathroom/bedroom seemed much bigger than the photos! Loved it!

It’s a good place

It’s a good place to stay if you are short on funds, but still want an amazing Florida experience, the only issue is how strict they really are at the complex, you can’t smoke anywhere only the designated areas which is a drag within itself , and you better not accidentally drop anything over the balcony or you will be fined 100$ or even be kicked out, no refund no anything. And the elevators are always breaking down and dirty.

We loved the condo and the location, but the only con was that the elevators were very slow. There were 4 elevators, however only 2 were working. We had to wait in a line for long periods of time.

Beautiful location

The view was amazing. The condo was spacious and provided many things. However there were was not enough blankets for all the beds. The sliding glass door didn’t work. The main door was broke and almost injured my dad. One of the bunkbeds had nasty shorts from the previous guest under the pillow. Which we didn’t find until the day we left. (My son slept in that bed). The pool heater was broken so swimming was a no for all of us except my two younger kids.

Nice property but no beach service as advertised

We really liked this condo. The kitchen cleanliness was not the best when we arrived (dirty counters and dirty dishes in the cupboards) but everything else was cleaned to our satisfaction. This condo was advertised as having beach service which was the reason we chose it over another place. Unfortunately when we got there we discovered the owners had not paid the yearly fee for beach service. It costs $45 per day to rent a chair. Disappointing when you are already paying so much to stay for the week. I would come back to this location though.
