The Space:

Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the “heartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Affordable place in a great location

This place was great! We had plenty of room and there were more than enough supplies. Location was great where we could walk to nearby restaurants. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella at our disposal too. Our teens loved it!

Great Condo and Value

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very spacious and everything workes great. Good location proximity to the parking garage, and the complex is fantastic for familiesm and kids of all ages.

Great place to stay. Something for everyone! Loved our spacious condo. Although we probably could have just reserved a one bedroom for the two of us. Great location. Close to grocery store and other shops. Many restaurants to choose from. Altogether a great vacation! Enjoyed spending time with our family there.

Location is nice

The location was nice of this condo but it wasn’t as nice as we were expecting. Only very thin sheets for blankets, very minimal cooking supplies even a pair of pot holders would be helpful. Beds were old and wore and the couch as well. We did have a good time and the location is perfect but may need some updating of things for better long term use.

Fun Family Vacation

Everything was great except that my beach towels and a few of my kid’s toys were taken from two separate areas by the pool. The staff was unable to determine if it was stolen or if their team removed the items and then put it immediately into a donation box in building B! This was extremely frustrating and there is no signs indicating that if you place belongings on a table or chair near the pool that security staff have the right to just remove it and place it in a box for others to take.
