Great hosts

We loved this property and Marcel always replied to our questions promptly. We especially enjoyed the wonderful view of the vineyards. The property is within easy access of Radebeul centre with its’ wonderful choice of restaurants and beer gardens. Will definitely stay there again

Perfekte Ausgangslage um Radebeul und Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick und die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit einem Kind.

Schöne Villen-FeWo zwischen Elbufer und Weinbergen

Die FeWo "Spitzhausblick" überzeugte mit Großzügigkeit (2 Personen), Helligkeit, Komfort, ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und herrliche Ausblicke in die Weinberge. Die attraktive Flaniermeile von Kötzschenbroda ist fußläufig erreichbar und lohnenswerte Ziele in der Umgebung gibt es zu Hauf (auch mit Öffis). Einziger Malus der FeWo: Da es sich um einen schönen Altbau handelt, sind klemmende und geräuschvoll zu schließende Türen des Nachts etwas störend.

Die Ferienwohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und der Aufenthalt somit sehr entspannt.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Lage. Prima ausgestattete Fewo mit allem Komfort bzgl. Ausstattung. Sauber und tiptop in Schuss. Zu Erwähnen ist: das Einzelzimmer ist gleichermaßen Durchgang für Schlafraum 2 mit Doppelbett. War für uns kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden die Fewo jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wirklich schön

Ankommen und wohl fühlen. So war unser Gefühl in dieser wirklich sauberen, liebevoll, stilvoll und vor allem praktisch eingerichteten Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr praktisch über Tel. Und WhatsApp, mit direkter Reaktion. Kurzum top 😀 Einzig ein Punkt Abzug da die angegebene Sauna wohl schon seit längerem defekt ist. Wir freuten uns vergebens auf ein abendliches Schwitzen. Aber "jammern auf hohem Niveau". Definitive Empfehlung
