It features a Baja ledge with bubblers, a waterfall, and steps (including a handrail) to help guests enter the pool. An in-pool bench runs the length of the pool and faces the ocean so you can blissfully lounge while appreciating the view.



There are two living areas, seven smart TVs and three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and balconies! A spacious covered deck with a table and chairs extends the living and dining space. And your pool is right below! A barbecue grill makes afternoon cookouts a breeze.



You won't believe how much seating is available in the lower-level living room, where a 70-inch smart TV is perched in the corner. Adding to the living space, a sofa and ottoman are tucked into an upstairs landing with its own wet bar and beverage fridge. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking or catering needs. An oversized stainless steel fridge makes keeping all your food for the week convenient to access - no need for multiple trips to the supermarket! A new dry bar directly off the kitchen offers two beverage fridges along with a brand new ice maker. One of the primary bedrooms comes with its own jetted tub and separate shower.
