Perfect everything!

Location, view, cleanliness, amenities! Everything was perfect! Watch the sunrise from your bed each morning and listen to the waves anytime you choose! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities. So close to the state park which is a great place to hike or ride bikes. Will definitely be back!

Condo was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that needed attention.We were greeted by a large bug. It is the south and there was only one, but it was the first impression. The large white chair in the corner is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. The garbage disposal side of the sink smelled like a sewer. We flushed it many times but eventually gave up and just plugged it and didn’t use it. I called about the sink and someone said the would send someone out, but no one ever showed up or even contacted us again. I expected a few beach amenities, such as beach chairs or even beach towels. There was nothing. There was also no blankets, only sheets, so I had to sleep with extra towel draped on the bed.

We loved our condo, but when we were told that the balcony was closed and we couldn't use the adult pool or one of the hot tubs, it didn't sit well. At our age we wanted not much more than to sit and watch the Gulf over a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. It was very upsetting and a sign of poor planning on someone's fault. To stat this project on the Spring Break for the Michigan, Indiana and other northern schools will be remembered. To be advised of this two days before we arrived is bad and I would hope you would do something about it, as it has left a sour taste in our future plans....
