The Space:

This two-bedroom condo enjoys lots of on-site resort amenities and a terrific location right on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for a relaxing vacation with someone you love! You'll enjoy preparing delicious meals in the full kitchen before heading down to the shoreline for a long, romantic stroll. The shared pool will make for a refreshing swim after a good workout in the shared fitness center. Don't forget to let the central AC keep the suite nice and cool while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV.



THINGS TO KNOW

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Our Orange Beach Stay was wonderful

The property was nice and convenient to the beach. The view was awesome and the room was exactly as described. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone.

Condo was exceptionally clean. The view was amazing as was the location. He A.C was amazing. The short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The condo provided us with all that we needed. My only suggestion would be more towels so we didn’t have to wash them every night. 10/10 We would stay here again.

Great condo!

This condo is just as described, and very nice! It has a beautiful view of the ocean, and the building itself is a great location and great size (no fighting for beach space or elevators either). The condo is spacious and has all of the kitchen stuff you need. Bring your own beach supplies (no big deal, we have our own). We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice. The only thing, you could not watch tv much in the living room. The channel kept scrambling or we would get an error message. They have Dish Network. Could not watch many channels. Other than that is was great!

Perfect location & beautiful condo!

Absolutely beautiful condo, in a beautiful community! This condo would have received 5 stars no doubt but there were a couple little things that brought my review down. The listing shows there is a gym on the property overlooking the water with cardio machines and a weight machine, the "gym" actually was 3 treadmills, a yoga mat and 2 hand weights and overlooked the parking lot not the beach....for a family that works out daily that was a little disappointing. Secondly, the kitchen had an infestation of gnats, once it was reported it took about 36 hours before management brought anything out to help with the problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Cancelled Reservation

It says we stayed but we were canceled on our reservation on 2/8 but still are waiting for our refund from Vrbo. We were told it would take 3-5 days but now well over 2 months and umpteen case numbers and phone calls without any refund. Promised we would be called back but no calls back. Will never use Vrbo again. I cannot resubmit as I am unable to leave it blank but we never were there as we were cancelled shortly before we arrived and so had to rent another place and the agent could not provide a gulf front condo so we booked elsewhere on our own. Please refund our payment as you told us you would but have not.
